COVID-19: it's time for home workouts by using furniture

The outbreak of Corona virus around the world has forced people to self-quarantining in homes, which is also very important. Due to COVID-19, celebrities are also spreading awareness and asking their fans to stay safe at home and suggesting easy home workouts by using basic using furniture available at home.

Recently, actress and model Rakul Preet Singh shared a couple of pictures of herself working out at home with the use of furniture. She captioned the snaps, "excuses never burn calories who knew home furniture makes for the best props.

A comfortable couch can have many benefits. Apart from sitting, you can also maintain the shape of your body with it. Apart from this, you can also use your couch easily for light exercise and fitness at home. This simple workout will strengthen your glutes, so start off by laying on the floor on your back with your feet on the couch and your knees bent to a 90 degree angle. Then raise your body to form a straight line. Hold it, and then lower your body back to its starting position. There is no pressure on the number of reps you need to do so pace yourself and do however many you’re comfortable doing.
